The Firm has limited itself to commercial enterprises which fall into two groups: i) real property based enterprises and ii) business entities which produce, sell or create a product or service. The real property based enterprises, again, fall into two groupings: i) affordable housing with a strong emphasis in the mobilehome park industry and ii) other commercial real estate, including historic sites and redevelopment projects. Within all of these categories of real property and business entities, the firm has provided services in acquisition, development and leasing of real property, financed projects with conventional, equity, and governmental grant and loan dollars, homeowners association representation, formation and maintenance of entities, and creating legal solutions through access to the courts and the legislature.
Business interests are served in the capacity of business formation, maintenance of business entities, buy-sell for businesses, specialized contracts such as for doctors and dentists and employee related matters, including without limitation stock options programs.
