The Loftin Firm is seeking a 3 to 5 year associate attorney with real estate experience. Our associate attorneys must be self directed and motivated, detail oriented, have good client communication skills and be willing and able to handle a broad range of clients.
We are looking for someone with transactional experience in homeowners associations, subdivisions, easements, acquisition, dispositions, financing and leasing transaction, and/or someone with real estate litigation experience in the same or similar areas. Excellent academic credentials a plus.
